The position is responsible for training & onboarding of Delivery Executives as well ensure a smooth and hassle-free on boarding process for the new joinees & existing delivery executive.

The position is a middle-management role within the operations team.


The role would require the candidate to perform the following tasks:

- The candidate will assist the top-management in developing operations strategy for effectively scaling the on boarding & training requirements of the company with regards to the Delivery Executives.

- The candidate will be required to design and implement processes and effectively onboard the Delivery Executives and ensure no leakages in the process.

- Ability to train rider

- Ability do data analytic to track rider performance

- The candidate will be responsible for devising training & onboarding strategies and employee retention strategy.

- Ability to evaluate and manage the resources and processes required for the successful completion of projects.

- Manage and drive training, cost analysis, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, projects and other change initiatives as required

Desired Candidate :

- 3-4 years experience (preferably in operations roles)

- Prior experience in process design and operations implementation. (Preferably in logistics recruitment)

- Experience in managing blue collared employees such as delivery executives is a big plus

- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize in order to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals.

- Should have the intuition to use data effectively for devising operations and training strategy.

- Can adapt well to changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.

- Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule work assignment.

- Must have customer service skills and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service.

- Previous start-up experience is a plus.

- Must have ability to multi-task, manage multiple accounts and establish priorities.
