- The Digital Marketing Specialist will implement strategic digital marketing efforts across various channels, driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

- This role requires a candidate skilled in both SEO and broader digital marketing tactics like paid advertising, social media marketing, and content strategy, with a focus on measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.) that aligns with overall business goals.

- Set clear KPIs for campaigns and ensure strategies are implemented for maximum ROI.

- Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements, and track keyword rankings.

- Use SEO techniques such as backlink analysis and competitor research.

- Perform SEO audits, analyze reports, and provide actionable insights.

- Track and improve website and blog traffic through technical SEO improvements.

- Collaborate with writers, designers and development teams to ensure SEO best practices and ensure consistent branding.

- Manage and report on paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social media ads.

- The primary goal should be to improve ad performance and ROI.

- Plan and implement social media marketing strategies to improve reach and impressions while enhancing brand awareness and engagement.

- Implement strategies to optimize customer journeys, improve funnel performance, and reduce drop-offs.

- Analyze marketing metrics and create detailed reports on campaign performance and effectiveness.

- Keep up with industry trends and competitors' marketing activities.

- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members on best practices and new tools.

Experience Requirement:

- Min 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and campaign management.

- Proven success in creating and managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Google Analytics, Google Ads, and/or HubSpot certifications preferred
