Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced PowerBI and Tableau developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and managing business intelligence solutions to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, design, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to support business objectives.

- Manage user roles and permissions (Row-Level Security - RLS) in cloud versions of BI tools.

- Set up and monitor schedulers for automated report refreshes and ensure timely delivery of updated reports.

- Work extensively with Tableau Cloud Services and Power BI Service on the cloud to implement and manage BI solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for BI solutions.

- Optimize BI solutions for performance, usability, and scalability.

- Write and troubleshoot SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.

- Conduct data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and visualization.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in BI tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau.

- Hands-on experience on Tableau Cloud Services and Power BI Service.

- Proficiency in SQL and relational database management.

- Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present findings effectively.

- Experience with data integration tools and scripting languages is a plus.

- Certification in PowerBI & Tableau is a plus
