- CMS and RMS achievements
- Achieving Mobility Voice CMS & RMS targets as per AOP
- Evaluation and Approval of large COCP Cases, Tenders, RFPs that are beyond circle DOA
- Identify new segments for Mobility voice revenue `growth & execute for results including providing 360 degree GTM planning.
- Managing and building 3G Voice and 3 G data bundling n regions along with geography teams - aid through segment based prospecting and farming plans
- Building strong U & R frameworks across regions for 3G voice revenue management
Innovative offerings and CLM
- Develop national strategy to meet revenue and EBITDA targets from Mobile voice category
- Devise product innovations & extensions for revenue boosts , MNP port in, INP from CDMA base (Tablets, WiFi, Smart picks, BlackBerry led acquisitions and conversions)
- Analysing category U&R data and usage trends to devise products & offerings for revenue deliveries ( focus on ER, Blended ARPU’s, CP, IRR etc)
Churn Retention / REC decay
- To support the design and test plans and to take care of churn and loyalty
- To design suitable consumer schemes to attract and enhance HVC base
Circle engagement / Cross marketing
- Build new U&R initiatives that are region & market specific along with customer interfacing teams
- Building cross selling opportunities across various platforms (multi product / single bill)
With Corporate
- Provide regional level feedback on new product introductions and circle specific product and marketing requirements
- Review Mobility voice product strategy/plan for regional realities
- Sharing best practices across the industry and within the company
With other functions
- Coordination with CSD Team for product information and training modules for CC
- Corporate Product Teams / Sales team for market feedback and new product requirements.
- Coordination with devices team to acquire handsets & bundling opportunities
- With Business Finance for new product launch and performance review
With Marcom teams for tariff and product launches, national road shows etc
