We are currently looking for energetic and hardworking I.T. based sales Professional, who are willing to participate and also learn on the job.
Work Description :
Lead Generation & Client Engagement:
- Generating quality leads for IT Based Projects through online and offline sales channels
- Initiating contact and then Interacting with the Clients to understand their technical requirements.
- Clarifying the clients queries and doubts pertaining to the required deliverables.
Business Acquisition:
- Qualifying, Processing and Converting the leads into financially quantifiable business.
- Preparing and Sending Proposals.
- Processing the finalised orders received from the clients and then brief the respective project managers of those requirements.
- Payment follow-ups.
- End to end project facilitation and liaising between the client and the company.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Dynamic sales executives with good English speaking and writing skills.
- Good Analytical, technical, Sales & Marketing fundamentals along with sales negotiation skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Willing to learn and participate actively in our product training sessions during the induction process.
- People with a technical background or basic Knowledge of Popular Web Technologies will be a plus.
- Should have experience of handling client interactions including bidding, follow-ups, requirement gathering, negotiations and deal closure.
- Having prior experience of online project acquisition and lead/business generation in areas like Web and Mobile Application development will be preferred.
Pre Requisites:
- Delhi NCR based applicants will have to attend an In-Person orientation session.
- Out-of-Delhi, Out-of-India applicants will have to attend an Online Orientation Session.
