MobiKwik - Manager - Legal

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Working on standard agreements with Merchants

- Assisting senior members of team on research and coordination with business teams.

- Coordinating consumer dispute matters spread across law firms, includes allocation/follow ups on next dates / helping sign off applications etc, and obtaining trackers periodically from law firms for onward sharing management.

- Promotion agreements.

- Non-disclosure agreements

- Resolution of legal notices including reviewing response notices and coordinating with law firms for closure

- For consumer matters and legal notices, obtaining root cause analysis from stakeholders and helping in closure of complaints through constant follow ups.

- Preparing execution versions of agreements and coordinating internally for sign off

- Human Resources agreements, if any

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Law graduate from top tier college/University

- 2-5 years of experience into contract management

- Good communication skills, go getter, problem solver & result oriented

- Should be willing to travel as and when needed
