MobiKwik - Manager - Collection Operations

- Working closely with top management - rendering assistance on business plan, strategy, and decision making by deriving insights from mortgage loans business reports.

- Coordinating with each business heads and zonals in the region for the target achievements and implementation of business strategy.

- Maintaining periodic reports of collections performance. Ensuring timely allocation of cases to team.

- Keeping track of NPA accounts, follow up with team on resolutions.

- Monitoring business performance and providing meaningful MIS / Analysis detailing the business performance, branches productivity & business team's performance.

- Prepares daily/weekly/Monthly and Quarterly MIS reports used by management to check business and team's productivity ensuring the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of the reporting.
