Responsibilities:-
- Set up and lead a team of content marketeers to look after external media content on social media and digital platforms; user engagement content like push notifications, SMS, emails; employer branding via internal channels, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Work closely with business, product, marketing teams to conceptualize and implement content strategy.
- Strong project manager with the ability to engage productively and successfully with key stakeholders from creative, media, marketing, product, and research teams.
- Should be digital savvy and execute content marketing initiatives on various content channels including all of brand's social media handles, blogs, influencers, vernacular media etc.
- Collaborate with design, writing and production teams to produce and distribute high quality content including audio/video/visuals.
- Work with external agencies or business partners for strategic content requirements
- Develop and maintain editorial calendar, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Establish guidelines and best practices across teams on content generation
Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of similar work experience in media or publishing and creating processes at both strategic and operational levels
- 5+ yeas of people management experience in terms of recruiting new hires, managing team, delegating tasks, and improving overall performance
- Experience in digital video content production, editorial / publishing, or creator / influencer talent
- Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand asset development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and time-management/team building skills.
