Responsibilities:
1. Lead the entire lifecycle of onboarding lending and affiliate partners and maintaining the relationship
a. Evaluating the tech stack to ensure scalability of partners platform
b. Commercial negotiations with partners
c. Legal Agreement negotiations with partners
d. Ensuring operational stability from finance recon to tech related problem solving of the partnership throughout the partnership
2. Stay abreast of current trends in consumer digital lending (from growth, product-UI/UX and risk aspects of the business)
3. Monitor competitions- product offerings and offer insights to enable better decision making (from growth, product - UI/UX and risk aspects of the business)
Previous experience (MBA from top tier schools - ISB/IIM/MDI etc - 8-9 years post qualification experience):
1. An individual with a solution oriented mindset
2. Strategy consultants (EY/Accenture/PWC/KPMG)
3. Individuals in business partnership roles across digital lending platforms - Fintechs/Digital lending teams of banks
