MobiKwik - Business Operations Manager - Lending

What you'll do:

- Monitoring and Reporting Business Metrics: You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing business metrics across lending products/partners.

- Maintaining Business Relationships: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive & productive relationships with partners to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

- Coordinating with Cross-functional teams: You will be required to collaborate with different departments, including Product, Tech, Finance (Payments), Risk, Legal & Compliance to enable adequate support from the business unit.

- Improving Business Processes: You will be responsible for identifying ways to improve business processes, customer experience, increase efficiency, and running the business in a lean manner.

What you'll possess:

- Strong understanding of retail lending business - BNPL, EMI products.

- Strong analytical skills to understand data and identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help improve business operations.

- Knowledge of Advance Excel to manage and analyze data.

- MySQL - good to have!
