Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the strategic development and management of comprehensive investment portfolios across equities, mutual funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), debt products, and alternative investments for a prestigious portfolio of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and institutional clients.

- Provide expert guidance and deep insights into investment opportunities, recommending specific mutual funds and investment products tailored to the sophisticated needs of HNIs, emphasizing risk management, tax efficiency, and wealth preservation strategies.

- Conduct thorough evaluations of client portfolios, performing detailed financial analysis, stress testing scenarios, and sensitivity analysis to identify opportunities for portfolio enhancement and strategic adjustments.

- Collaborate closely with AI developers, data scientists, and quantitative analysts to integrate cutting-edge technologies into investment decision-making processes, aiming to deliver superior investment performance and client satisfaction.

- Stay abreast of evolving market dynamics, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic trends, translating insights into proactive investment strategies, portfolio rebalancing, and client communications.

- Foster a culture of excellence and client-centric service within the Wealth & Advisory team, ensuring high standards of professionalism, ethical conduct, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, serving as their trusted advisor and delivering personalized financial solutions that align with their long-term financial goals and aspirations.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in wealth management, portfolio advisory, or a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex investment portfolios for High-NetWorth Individuals (HNIs) and institutional clients.

- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing advanced financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and statistical tools to conduct detailed portfolio analysis, performance attribution, and scenario modeling.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and developing a team of wealth advisors, analysts, and client relationship managers.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts and investment strategies to sophisticated clients and stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple client relationships while maintaining a commitment to excellence, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
