In May 2019, we launched MobiKwik Zip, our flagship BNPL product, with a focus on the Indian middle-class population to enable them to make payments for daily life use cases. MobiKwik Zip is focused on providing this unserved Indian population their first experience of credit. We are a technology-first company leveraging big data analytics and deep data science (including machine learning) to continuously delight users and merchants on our platform. Role :
- Designing, creating and owning the P&L for lending vertical.
- Responsible for new initiatives, strategic alliances & partnerships with banks and NBFCs
- You would be working in tandem with the product team to identify suitable product solutions needed for our partners while leveraging our internal capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Risk, Marketing, Product, Operations, Analytics) to ensure successful development and deployment of new products
- Defining and analyzing performance metrics, and achieving cross-functional product alignment internal stakeholders
- Motivating and monitoring the complete team and helping them to achieve the overall goal
- Managing Lender relationships by providing periodic reviews, dispute management and resolution
- Business profile with Amalgamation of Sales, Growth and Product
Experience:
- Atleast 3 years of experience from lending background in NBFCs or Fintech and 14-17 years of overall experience.
