MobiKwik - Analyst/Senior Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

About the Role :

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is responsible for Budgeting, Forecasting, and creating monthly MIS reports for the top Management. The team is also responsible for creating analysis reports to support various initiatives which can help improve the profitability and revenue for the organization. Further, the team is also responsible for handling all the Investor relations queries.

The role gives the opportunity to work directly with the CEO, CFO and Business Heads. Further it will give you opportunity to work very closely along with every department of the organization which will give you the holistic business understanding at a very beginning phase of your career.

We are hiring across levels for the team right from Freshers to people with 5 years of experience in the similar roles for leading a team.

Job Responsibilities :

- Create monthly MIS reports to be presented to the top management and Board

- Create Annual Budgets and Forecasts for the Business

- Business Models for the new potential businesses.

- In-depth analysis of the revenue and cost items.

- Working closely with the Business for the revenue maximization and cost optimization

- Experience of working in a start-up or other fast-growing companies

- CA / MBA with 0-5 years of experience in similar roles.
