Position : Head - Engineering

Position Description :

Experience :

- Engineering Program Management and Client Engagement

- Worked across multiple geographies

- Strong leadership with proven execution skills

- Expert in open source technologies

- Agile Product engineering expert

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Accountability :

- Manage complete engineering team and groom them.

- Manage and drive new functional developments for new features across platforms

- Collaborate with the appropriate teams to assess and recommend technologies that support organizational needs.

- Technical architecture, code quality, performance, security and scalability.

- Establish technical standards and supervise software testing, information systems security

Major activities :

- Strategic alignment with Business

- Hiring/ Training/ Grooming of complete technology team

- Prioritize new development as per business requirement

- Completion of new development in target timeline

- Managing workflow of complete development process with cross functional teams

- Optimization of Architecture

- Use of best in class technology

- Process oriented development cycle

Qualification :

- BTech/B.E only from tier 1 colleges preferably from IIT.

- Candidates from Product Companies background will be preferred.

Skills :

- Php, Perl, Python, VBScript, ColdFusion, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML 5, Ruby on Rails, Node.JS, AngularJS, C++, Java, MySQL, Big Data, Web Analytics, Predictive Analytics, Object Oriented Programming, MVC, SCRUM, CMS, CRM, PMS.

- Knowledge of both iOS and Android mobile platforms
