We are looking for a CTO / VP - Technology for our Enterprise Mobile App startup - MobCast

MobCast is an HR Tech Startup. Our vision is to make 'work enjoyable' for employees of companies globally.

Leveraging technology to change the way people communicate, learn, work and lead their work lives . We are determined to ensure 'Monday Blues' is a history and happy employees is no longer a myth.

Role :

- Think, Execute & Ship - iconic products. Iterate .

- Hire / Train / Lead a 'Team A' of enthusiastic, sharp and brilliant programmers/product managers

Looking for candidates -

- Entrepreneurial

- Strong Understanding of Technology

- Driven by Designs

- Ability to hire/train and create leaders

- Previous Experience of leading a Tech Team would be an 'icing on the cake'
