Mjunction Services - Procurement/Supplier Discovery Officer

KEY DELIVERABLES:

- Research & evaluating new potential suppliers, onboarding on the platform, supplier factory visits and profile completion.

- Float enquiry, compare, Negotiate, and evaluate offers from suppliers.

- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

- Building strategic relationships with suppliers and communicate the value proposition.

- Guide and support suppliers through the entire supplier journey SOPs, maintain quality & execute plans to increase overall team efficiency.

- Experience in procurement of Industrial Goods (Automobile components).

- Set Customer Service standards and define TATs for different Category heads, Vendors to enhance productivity.

- Set standards and procedures for proper documentation. Establish checkpoints through Quarterly Audits.

- Conduct Vendor evaluation before adding in the system and verify all vendor credentials

- Conducting due diligence of the vendor factory to access manufacturing capabilities, skills, machines, technicalities etc.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Should be conversant with process of Casting, Forging, Machining etc.

- 5 to 7 years of experience with knowledge of Automotive Products supply chain management operations roles in related industry.

- Good knowledge in Casting, Forging, Auto Parts, Motors, pumps, valves, general machine components & other mechanical /electrical components.

- Strong understanding of market research technique, data analysis & statistics methods

- Strong understanding of products & categories, various negotiation methodologies across industries

- Good Communication, Analytical & Interpersonal skills
