Snapshot of Job Description;
1. Responsible to take care of International Sales & Marketing. Managing distributors / Vendors in International market.
2. Responsible for the Region's forecasting, sales tracking, distribution and productivity objective
3. Establish an environment and foundation for future sales growth
4. Increasing International market contribution by growing value added/new product sale
5. To ensure proper coordination between the sales and the technical team.
6. Analyse market/sales trends, exports data and customer profitability to devise future sales strategy for revenue growth
7. Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
8. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Disseminate information to business development officers, marketing and sales operations
9. Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending
10. Responsible for dealer and distributor management and international marketing activities
11. Successfully develop Owner/CXO level customer relationships for business development and growth.
Job Specification
- Msc / Bpharm + MBA Graduate
- Min 8-10 yrs of experience in International Market i.e., Middle East or CIS or Latin America
- At least has managed 10+ countries.
- Strong at negotiation and new vendor development.
- Industry preferred - Pharmaceutical
- Open to travel across the globe (extensive)
