Job Summary:

- The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth in both national and international markets.

- This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for national and international markets.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

- Conduct regular training and performance evaluations to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Experience: 8+ years of experience in corporate sales, with a focus on national and international markets.

Skills:

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
