About The Role :
- We are seeking a dynamic experienced enthusiastic individual to join our vibrant sales team to handle in the capacity of a Zonal role. The role involves spearheading the offline business operations across Zone, with a focus on expanding market presence and driving revenue growth.
- The incumbent will also be responsible for building a strong relationship with the regional/national distributors, key retailers, local regulatory bodies, etc.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the offline sales team consisting of 30 members, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve profitability and revenue margin targets, with a focus on bottom-line growth.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners to expand the company's network and market reach.
- Drive the execution of promotional schemes, sales strategies, and expansion initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability.
What we are looking for :
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a pan-India leadership role within the gadgets and electronics industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving targets in a 1-10x or 10x-100x setup.
- Preferably from a DTC or BTB (primary & secondary sales); Corporate Sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Deep understanding of key distribution channels, retail networks, and promotional strategies in the urban and Tier I/Tier II markets.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. While also being ready to travel across cities in India.
