In only 7 months time it has become one of the leading pathology companies in Ahmedabad. Its senior management is composed of ISBians. We are now diversifying from B2B to B2C space for which we need highly motivated individuals.

Job Title: Senior VP - HR

Position - 1

Reporting to the Directors, your responsibilities will include:

- Putting in place HR Policies and Processes for the organization in addition to continuous review of processes Managing the talent acquisition strategy for the organization across the corporate, sales and project management, R&D

- Create structures around campus relations, vendor management, lateral and leadership hiring across the organization

- Put in place a performance management system Introduce

- Drive change management to ensure a robust PMS process is maintained in the organization

- Manage talent management initiatives and ensure these are driven through the business partners

- Employee Relations: Taking a proactive approach to anticipate and address employee queries and concerns

- Employee Engagement Initiatives: Doing what engages the relevant employee audience such that the people commitment and motivation can be increased significantly

Education - MBA, preferably with majors in HR

Experience - 10-15 years; extensive experience in pharma industry desired

Salary - 30 lakhs +
