In only 7 months time it has become one of the leading pathology companies in Ahmedabad. Its senior management is composed of ISBians. We are now diversifying from B2B to B2C space for which we need highly motivated individuals.

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Roles and responsibilities-

- Manage P& L of your respective area

- Extensive hunting and farming

- Lead generation and lead management.

- Monitor on-going team performance total lead generated, conversions and net contributions.

- Executing the overall company strategy by managing and tracking targets and rolling out company trainings

- Interact with business partners and end-consumers

- Manage team of 5 sales executives who will be reporting directly to you

- Weekly review meeting of targets

Skills -

- Ability to work with Targets

- Fluency in English, Hindi, local language will be of advantage.

- Ability to assess market trends, shape sales and marketing strategy and generate ideas for product development

- Analytical capabilities understands clients' needs and possesses strong strategic mindset.

- Excellent networker builds and maintains strong and lasting business relationships with colleagues, clients and possesses the ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues

- Experience in pharmacy and sales role will be preferred
