Major Responsibilities :
- Responsible for preparation of consolidated monthly/Quarterly/Annual financial statements.
- Responsible for handling audits/visits by External Auditors/Visitors
- Responsible for implementing budgetary controls in the organization.
- Responsible for preparation of various MIS on monthly basis and other reports as required by management.
- Visiting of various branches and region office as and when required for training & monitoring of field teams.
- Responsible to ensure optimal cash and working-capital management processes and controls;
- Provide management & coordination support to the overall accounts function at the organization ensuring that the function is properly organized, staffed, developed, motivated, and compensated.
- Deploy adequate and appropriate financial management and reporting systems, controls, procedures and processes
- Ensure that all regulatory reporting and compliance obligations are met in a timely manner and simultaneously create insightful internal and external management reporting capabilities.
- Support leadership team to develop, enhance and maintain strong relationships with external funders & stakeholders.
- Risk management including assessment; develop strategies to manage it in coordination with leadership team and mitigation of risk using managerial resources.
Candidate Specification : Key Selection Criteria
Qualification :
- Qualified Chartered accountant/CA (inter) qualified.
- MBA (finance) will be added advantage.
Work Experience :
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience being part of the accounts function of a high quality Micro finance organization, or similar NBFCs.
- Experience in deploying systems, processes and controls to effectively manage the same within a rapidly growing organization will be an added advantage.
