We are having a requirement for the position of Continent Supervisor based at Dubai, who will be responsible for the entire Africa.
We need Candidate from India who is interested in going to Dubai.
A continent supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of multiple branches or locations within a specific continent. Their main role is to ensure that all branches operate efficiently and effectively, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities of a continent supervisor may include:
1. Strategic planning: Developing and implementing strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives across all branches within the continent.
2. Operational management: Ensuring that all branches within the continent are operating smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and regulations.
3. Development of Team : Develop, nurture and build a team through periodic team building activities.
4. Performance monitoring: Monitoring the performance of each branch within the continent and regularly assessing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
5. Budgeting and financial management: Working closely with branch managers to develop and manage budgets for each branch.
6. Responsible and ensure both Topline and bottom-line are achieved including realization of dues
7. Monitor, maintain and ensure 100% service level in each activities through recognition of present and future bottlenecks and by initiating and implementing methods and strategy to overcome the same.
8. Develop cost effective strategies for rendering value added services.
9. Ensure compliance to both external certification standards and internal standards; audits.
10. Monitor expenses and assign controls periodically to maximize the operating margins.
11.Ensure all statutory requirements are complied as per law of the land.
12.Ensure smooth functioning of accounts and monitor best accounting practices.
13.Ensure smooth implementation of organization policy, practices, instructions etc across the country.
14. Any other task/assignment given by the management.
15. Propagating any strategic initiative taken by the company to the team.
