MITRA Fintech - Vice President - Business Development

We at MITRA Fintech are building a next generation platform to bring financial instruments to 1 million of MSMEs and 100 million gig workers in next 5 years.

Mitra Fintech venture is led by IIT Delhi alumni, who have been domain experts into finance, technology and distribution and backed by seed investors.

- As part of the core business development team, you'll take ownership of demand side and how it affects the growth of organization.

- You'll help improve processes of on-boarding, execution and enhancements in technology if needed

- You would guided by industry experts who have distributed fintech products across India and into 50+ cities including 2 tier, 3 tier and 4 tier

- If scale of business excites you, then you are at right place and you will be part of the distribution of fintech products across 100 million potential users

- As senior member of core team, you will be directly working with co-founding team

- Domain knowledge of last mile delivery will be preferable

Salary and perks

- 12 Lakh - 25 lakh CTC (depends on experience and domain knowledge)

- Travel may be part of this profile but a lot of work can happen remotely from home as well
