Job Purpose: The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, while fostering strong relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic:
- Support MITWPU in identifying and retaining outstanding employees to drive institutional success.
- Streamline recruitment processes to efficiently attract and secure qualified candidates.
Operational:
- Analyze current staffing requirements and develop accurate projections.
- Design and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and appeal.
- Develop and manage effective employee referral programs.
- Leverage HRIS and recruitment marketing tools to optimize talent acquisition efforts.
- Formulate and implement strategic hiring plans.
- Conduct proactive sourcing to fill current positions and anticipate future needs.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and screening procedures.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Assist in strategies for employee retention and development.
- Review employment applications and background checks.
- Identify and address bottlenecks in the recruitment process.
- Recommend strategies to improve employee retention.
- Monitor and report on HR and recruitment KPIs.
- Prepare and present detailed KPI reports.
- Employ targeted sourcing methods for challenging roles.
- Utilize metrics to identify areas for process improvement.
Collaborations:
- Supervise recruitment team members.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, assessment centers, and other recruitment events.
Academic Qualifications: BBA/B.Com/B.Sc and MBA in HR/PG in HR with 3 to 6 years of experience in recruitment.
External Representation: No external representation required.
Person Specification:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
- Proficiency in various selection methods and techniques.
- Strong familiarity with social media and job boards.
- Commitment to understanding the duties and competencies associated with different roles.
