Misys - Business Analyst - Banking - IIM/ISB/XLRI

Looking for candidates with MBA from IIM, XLRI, ISB, FMS with 3-5 years of experience for the Business Analyst positions.

- The person in this role will be expected to have competencies in the area of data modelling, logical database design, data specification and business architecture and will be required to undertake the following activities.

- Business Architecture and Functional Design – propose business architecture and functional designs that meet the stated business requirements of shared solutions

- Work closely across Misys’ Solutions Management teams to ensure the shared application business architecture and design is shareable, flexible, extensible and customisable to meet the business needs of different product and customer segments

- Ensure business architecture is aligned with the overall Solution Architecture and Shared Solution Roadmap

The Business Systems Analysts Must Have:

- Practical experience and expertise of data modelling, logical database design, data specification and business architecture.

- Understanding and experience of Systems Development Life Cycle, Business Requirement Specification, and Technical FSD is a must as is experience of working in an Agile environment.

- The ideal candidate should have worked with an IT company in BFSI vertical.

- Minimum experience required would be 3-5 years of System Analysis experience.
