Misys - Associate Manager - Finance

Accountabilities

- Strong knowledge in General accounting

- Ownership of the BS and PL of the ledgers assigned

- Review of entity level BS and PL on a monthly basis

- Review with Regional Controllers on a quarterly basis

- Manage resources

- Working with Functional Heads in analyzing costs & revenues

- Completing management reporting for the ledgers as per Month End time-table

- Ensure adherence to internal controls

- Process simplification & improvements

- Co-ordinate for the internal/external audits

- Interaction with business for business support

- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances

- Quality and adherence to Standards

- Activities are expected to be carried out with minor supervision

- Must be capable of setting priorities and working under pressure

- Must be able to multi-task, planning several deliverables simultaneously

- Ability to work well with internal and external customers is essential

- Excellent Analytical Skills

- Good communication skills

Academic and professional qualifications

- CA with 5-6 years of accounting experience

- Strong accounting background
