Reporting - Head (Sales)

Job Description -

- Store wise target and achievement

- Preparing (Business Performance Report) & Stock Availability Report with the help of SAP.

- Preparing Various MIS, Sales & Stock Report, Open Invoice Report, Sale & Vendor Return Report Data collecting from SAP.

- Handle All the Region Wise Reports As Territory Wise Business performance Report, Regional Allowance - Report With the help of SAP.

- Prepare PPT to Performance Report for higher management presentation (Sale & Margin Flow & Inventory Status)

- Month/Quarterly/Half yearly/Annual reporting to Head Office regarding:-Sales/ Purchase & returns Vs collection & expenses.

- Indent for stocks & provision of yearly budget for expenses.

- Review and Analysis of various discounts and marketing schemes as prevailing and proposed for various regions with the schemes of local competitors.

- Preparing Cash Flow entries in S.A.P. on daily basis

- Maintaining price and stock data for sales team follow up for new product

- Preparing margin and dump on item wise sale. Maintain MIS for aging, Key value and volume produce Item

- Maintain MIS for price computing. Price trend of item and Market opening price

- Maintain MIS for payment solution (credit card,)

- Identify and preparing sale target of Key Member, Preparing best bet for lapser account.

- Set record of billing cycle and replenishment item for top members to increase sale, Item forecast

- To decrease zero stock

- Analyze Store Sales variances (Price, Qty and Prod. Mix) on the basis of their best month performance.

- Analyze non-moving stocks & replenish according to their best demanded zone.

- Analyze the Sell-Thru rate & Stock turnover on stores.

- Supervising Pan-India Inventory Audits & Review Internal, External mystery audit reports.

- Analyze Creditors policies & age wise suppliers payment out-standings on the basis of Purchase and Sales.
