MIS Role - BIU Team - BFS

Job Purpose

1. To assist in generation of all analytics, metrics & MIS for management reporting across Bureau / Customer / Risk / Treasury / Business domain.

2. Based on a collation of several key business parameters, undertake variance analysis with budgeted and previous period data for Company's different portfolios and present updates to various internal and external stakeholders.

3. To create the repository of bureau data which will be used for cross-sell, up-sell, skip tracing, Scorecard development and maintenance.

4. To help in being the custodian of all customer data coming into company and will be responsible for all analytics which need to be done on the data.

5. Developing and owning the Data Warehouse which aggregates all customer data. This would require lots of communication with multiple stakeholders like IT / Business / Policy / Finance etc and hence candidates must possess good communication skill.

6. This will be assistant manager level post and candidates will be operating from multiple offices from Mumbai location.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

1. A Degree or a Professional qualification in Commerce/MBA stream/Data Science/Data Engineering

2. Good knowledge in Excel, MS SQL and proficiency in programming languages

3. SAS related knowledge and Bureau Analytics will be pre-requisite

4. Knowledge around statistics is good to have

5. Good analytical skills and ability to think innovatively

6. Good communication/ presentation skills

7. Should be able to work with different and diverse teams
