MIS Manager - Macros/VB/SQL/Python/Power BI - Insurance Domain

Location: Gurugram

Seeking a skilled resource with extensive experience in creating reports and dashboards using a range of tools, including SQL, VBA, Python, and Power BI

Your Responsibilities:

- Performance Monitoring and Reporting

- Publish Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance.

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of MIS reports to stakeholders.

- Quality Assurance and Compliance

- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of MIS reporting systems.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards for data reporting and analysis.

- Ad-hoc Analysis and Support

- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to senior management team, responding to urgent and complex data requests.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.

- Data Analysis and Insights

- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.

- Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data processes to support data analysis and reporting.

- Automation and Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and implement efficient solutions.

- Continuously evaluate and improve data analysis and reporting processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of Macros, VB/SQL, Python is required (Power BI or any visualization tool would be added advantage)

- Good Communication skills

- Good analytical skills with ability to Collate and Analyze Large Amount of Data

- Learning Agility

- Understanding of MS-Access / Advance Excel
