Our client is a Fintech company .
The role can be remote - no location constraints.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to manage and create sales forecasts, targets, and reports.
- Develop GTM strategy for the company and advise senior stakeholders.
- Data analytics and reporting on a periodic basis to senior stakeholders.
- Check in sales processes and practices and sales hygiene.
- Support in rollout and audit the arrangement of sales incentive plans.
- Calculate incentives and payouts and reconcile data.
- Experience in using and running CRM systems like Salesforce, Asana, Monday.com, etc
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes, methodologies and data modeling and analytics
