Position : Sales Coordinator

Industry :Media

Location : Delhi

Key responsibilities :

- Attend to clients requests when sales staff are unavailable.

- Ensuring all completion and feedback reports are sent to clients.

- Co-ordinating with production for material to be on air.

- Ensuring that traffic has received orders and booking schedules from sales.

- Arrange monthly meetings with sales/marketing, Get and create reports from division.

- Ensuring that Programming has received orders and schedules from sales.

- Give the needs of the sales staff to manager.

- Coordinate with marketing for any promotions that sales have sold.

- Keep sponsorship deal dates and paperwork up to date and keep all departments in the loop.

- Keep rate cards, folders and all sales related material available for sale.

- Give sales and marketing stationery requests to receptionist.

Job Specifications :

- Min Graduate with at least 2-5 years of post qualification experience in the service industry.

- Media experience of would be preferred

- Should have either / or Corporate sales / Retail Sales experience

- Basic computer skills

- Ability to work under pressure.
