Role Outline/Job Summary
- Will be part of one of the business teams' NA Cards, NA Retail Bank, EMEA Cards, APAC Cards, APAC Retail Bank, Banamex, etc.
- We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working in bigger teams. A flexible, positive and mature mindset to deal with ambiguities of complex business problems is a must.
Core Responsibilities:
- Be a team of analysts responsible for development, maintenance, and circulation of MIS reports used by North America Credit Cards business.
Responsibilities include:
- Execution and delivery on MIS reporting requirements
- Develop KPIs for the team and ensure performance in access of target on KPIs
- Creation of new reporting requirements (regional and global reporting)
- Process automation and enhancements. Innovate to keep up with changing trends and technology
- Internal client management
Required Expertise:
- Hands on expertise in Teradata, SAS, Cognos, Tableau, or related analytical tools
- People management and Leadership skills
- Powerpoint presentation skills - written and verbal delivery
- Ability to identify new opportunities and influence stakeholders to adopt the changes
- Project and timeline management skills
- Strategic thinking
Experiences
- 2.5-8 years of relevant work experience with extensive knowledge of MIS & data management principles and information systems development, with particular emphasis in the use of data warehousing and business intelligence architectures
- Program managing MIS/report development, data management activities/initiatives
- Previous experience in similar roles - handling large volume of data, advanced SAS is a must
- Good exposure to financial services businesses, onshore/offshore model
- Strong English language presentation and communication skills
Education
- Master's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Applications/Engineering from a premier institute or Under Graduate Degree with work experience to demonstrate such competency
