Job Responsibilities:
Policy & Procedure; Ensuring updated organizational policies & ensure employee motivation are implemented from time-to-time, Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
Updating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in coordination with the HOD management
Payroll & Compliance; Set up and manage payroll system.Stay up-to-date with labor legislation and ensure compliance.
Budget; HR budgeting, forecasting, recruitment budgeting, employee turnover rates .
HR metrics; Daily, Monthly & Annual metric number & Dashboards
Recruitment; Ensure the complete Recruitment Cycle as per CTC bands, using the appropriate recruitment process. Recruitment strategy deliver hires, setting best in class standards around talent acquisition
Training & Organisational Development; Organize trainings, register for seminar / conference with respect to departmental requirements
- Deliver robust talent management and development initiatives to ensure key talent development, succession planning, career management and performance management.
- Extensive knowledge in Performance Mangement System.
Rewards & Recognition; Develop and track reward to attract and retain talent. Lead the development and implementation of local reward and non-monetary recognition strategies to key business success drivers and appropriate business behavior
- Continually assess the competitiveness and effectiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets
Grievance Handling; Bridge management and employee relations. Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
- Employee Relations & Employee Engagements; Help shape and influence employee communication to ensure engagement and clarity
- Establish people roadmap that effectively communicates and supports the firm's mission and strategic vision
- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
