Miraya Hotel - Associate Director - Room Sales

The Job Description for ADOS is as follows:

1. Should have at least 5-8 years defined experience in Room & Banquet Sales at leading 4/ 5 star hotels in Bengaluru. Salary not a constraint for an outstanding performer.

2. Should have excellent written and oral English communication skills and ability to prepare Revenue and marketing budgets and handle a team of 2 members and fill in RFP for Corporate accounts as and when required.

3. Should have excellent track relations with Core corporate accounts and ability to swing business from key competitors.

4.Should be able to prepare weekly sales forecasts and meetings and prepare Daily Sales Reports .

5. Should be have excellent lead follow ups and be able to work in teams and report to DOS and Ownership.

6. Should be aware of Competition business sources and be able to crack and source new Room and Banquet business leads.

7. Should be able to work in Opera PMS and make daily 3-4 quality sales calls and deliver an average of 700++ Room nights each month through networking with Consortia, Travel Agents, Event Organisers and GDS accounts .

8. Should be able to work in alignment with Hotel's business goals and maintain guest data base and records.
