About the Role:

- Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for Information Security and Risk Management? Miratech is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing team as a Senior Project Manager.

- In this blended/hybrid role, you'll leverage your expertise in traditional project management methodologies to drive efficient and successful project delivery, with a specific focus on Information Security initiatives.

- You'll collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring business and security requirements are met, dependencies are managed, and solutions are seamlessly implemented across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Management & OKRs:

- Lead, manage, and deliver multiple Information Security projects using the waterfall approach.

- Champion project change management processes, ensuring adherence to best practices.

- Drive the definition, tracking, and achievement of project Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), aligning them with organizational goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication:

- Foster strong relationships and collaboration with internal teams (development, security, etc. ) and external stakeholders.

- Communicate effectively at all levels within the organization, ensuring clear and concise project updates and status reports.

- Partner and collaborate with vendors and any dependent teams to ensure efficient project execution.

Information Security & Risk Management Expertise:

- Possess a deep understanding of Information Security principles and risk management frameworks.

- Lead the delivery of diverse Cyber Security projects, including risk management and controls, security tools, cloud security, digital services delivery, PII, and AIM initiatives, within a large enterprise environment.

- Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks, ensuring smooth project progress and successful outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in Project Management.

- 3+ years of experience leading Information Security and Risk Management projects.

- 2+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs involving business process and change management, organizational change, and complex IT components (ITIL and CMMI standards preferred).

- Degree or higher from an accredited institution.

- Proven experience in Project/Program Management and Delivery, with a strong understanding of software/solution development lifecycles (business analysis experience a plus).

- Hands-on experience leading waterfall projects with a track record of success.

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, employing a proactive 5 Whys approach.

- Collaborative work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- In-depth understanding of IT systems development lifecycles.

- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

- Familiarity with application security vulnerabilities and driving remediation efforts.
