Mirai Health India Pvt. Ltd. is a connected healthcare company (within the Avegen global portfolio) that uses the power of technology to improve healthcare experiences for doctors and patients. Our multi-disciplinary team of over 40 people combines expertise in marketing, selling to and managing private doctors & private healthcare providers, agile software development, software support and managing patient communication.

- In addition, our team has significant experience and commitment with large-scale technology led public healthcare programs, under the brand name Almata. In partnership with leading stakeholders, Mirai Health is planning to launch a maternity care review service in India. The service will have the following goals:

- Ensure that mothers & related users can provide feedback through channels that they are familiar and comfortable with

- Secure the support of maternal care providers, professional organizations and policy makers

- Raise awareness amongst mothers & related users about good care using appropriate content

- Establish an appropriate business model to ensure sustainability of the service.

- By giving mothers a voice they haven- t had before, our program will drive changes in health provider behaviours, in order to further enhance maternity experience for mothers in India.

- The service targets reaching over a 100,000 consumers across 3 cities within 12 months of launch, with plans to scale pan-India in subsequent phases.

- To deliver on its business goals for this program, Mirai Health is seeking interest from applicants with experience of leadership roles in consumer marketing in healthcare, Pharma or FMCG industries.

- This individual will be responsible for designing and deploying the go-to-market strategy for Almata's technology platform for maternal health experiences

- He/she will work closely with the Executive Director, Almata, and the Chief Business Officer, Avegen on digital/ non-digital strategy for the platform, revenue and sustainability model as well as developing relationships with key government and leading KOL stakeholders.

- He/she will be responsible for scaling up the program beyond the initial launch geographies.

- The position offers significant opportunities for enhancement for individuals with the right capabilities and passion for market-based healthcare innovation.
