Mirafra is hiring smart Sales folks- Bangalore
Job Responsibilities :
- Own, develop and drive sales/pre-sales (75% of the job) and business development/Account management (25% of the job) strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues, and be able to set, track and deliver on sales targets.
- Own customer accounts and oversee and monitor the achievement of all sales objectives by effectively working with the engineering team.
- Co-ordinate sales actions by planning with engineering and recruitment teams within Mirafra, and working with corporate finance in achieving our targets.
- Conduct appropriate market research, competitive analysis and customer analysis reports
Key Deliverables :
- Total Revenue (or Sales) REALIZED within all their key accounts (or clients), with high margin realizations
- New service sales to their existing client: Maximize revenue per client or account.
- New accounts or client acquired AND Converted in terms of realization of REVENUE and Margins
- Firefighting credentials whenever any issue crops up with the customers.
Skills and Experience :
- Must come from an Engineering background with a B.E or a B Tech degree specializing with a MBA in Marketing from leading recognized institutions.
- Work experience in Professional Design SERVICES industry from good organizations, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
- Varied experience level due to various level of opportunities - anywhere from 7 to 15 years, all with proven ability to drive sales process from planning to engagement.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise in Big Data, Analytics and Cloud & Enterprise Software. Nice to have background in Application Software and Hardware as well.
