Product Manager - Digital Lending

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Digital Products (Secured & Unsecured Lending)

- Product Development & Management

1. Create & Manage the Product and its Roadmap defining what task should be fulfilled by which objective so teams can prioritize accordingly.

2. Complete Ownership of entire Product lifecycle which includes and is not only limited to Implementing beta tests, analyzing metrics and data, analysing business needs, and converting them into requirement and ensuring the creation and maintenance of product documentation.

- Market Research & Analysis

1. Conduct market research to find out new market gaps for existing & potential products and investigate competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly.

- Risk Management

1. Analysing and anticipating the risk and ensuring it is either low or nil.

2. Risks are present in every stage of product management and can pose threats to a product. (These can be roadblocks, delayed timelines, outstanding budgets, production issues, and resource problems.)

- Collaborate & Communicate with the several teams & stakeholders. Ensure all parties are on the same page.

- Keep track and regularly adjust the existing and new product regulations / sales policies to ensure the compliance with Government, RBI and Company internal policies.

- Monitor product portfolio performance on regular basis and present the observations to Management.

- Organize and implement internal and customer training on how to use the product.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA/Graduation from Top Tier institute

- Minimum of 4 to 8 years experience

- Must have experience in product management / development.

- Candidates from Bank / NBFC and all rounded exposure in both secured and unsecured lending products will be preferred.

- Experience about personal loan, LAS & Loan against mutual funds

- Using operation system software, adept in MS Office software, able to leverage all features of MS Office.

- Sound understanding about customer behavior in banking & finance industry.

- Logical thinking and good analyzing skills
