About the role:

We are looking for a CA qualified and reliable Manager Finance who will manage the Accounts & Finance department of all the 3 legal entities and deliver timely information and manage all statutory, legal compliances related financial transactions, taxation and budgets on a cost effective, reliable and comprehensive basis. He / she will manage overall accounting function including corporate accounting, Treasury, Inventory Accounting taxation and Internal audits.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead complete finance and accounting functions for the organisation

- Handle books, budgets, MIS reports & statutory compliances for the organisation

- Handle treasury functions for the organisation

- Track accounting and daily operations.

- Supporting internal and external financial audits

- Own strategic financial control, planning, budgeting and forecasting

- Formulate for budgets and analyse variance to determine difference between projected and actual results and implement corrective actions.

Skill Sets

- CA with 5+ years of experience

- Experience in managing accounting & finance, personnel from healthcare industry or BIG-4 with industry experience will be added advantage.

- Experience in optimum utilisation of funds and working capital.

- Comfort with managing and day to day financial operations, complying with statutory compliances and maintaining books, records, providing financial & MIS reports.

- Handle Project Accounting, reporting and analysing the activity wise project cost, on a regular basis

- Experience in due diligence audit and secretarial functions

- Liaison with external auditors to for scheduling and successfully completing the Audit (Internal and External) function

- Oversee the various statutory compliance requirements (GST, TDS payments / returns, tax payments / returns etc)

- Liaison with the Direct Tax and Indirect Tax Consultants for Taxation matters (TDS, Income Tax)

- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annually financial reports to stakeholders and Board of Directors.

- To take care of cash flow and working capital of the organization

- Design and institutionalize flexible business processes at all levels and implement effective and transparent internal control and monitoring systems.

- Good team management and inter-functional skills.

Bonus points if:

- Candidate who has worked in Healthcare industry and managed P&L.

- BIG-4 with industry experience.
