ROLE PURPOSE:
- Responsibility split: 40-60% Individual Contributor, 40-20% People Management, 20% Central Operational Management
- Responsible for driving revenue growth, market sustainability & account innovation
- Primarily focused on team development & individual growth, operational excellence & raising the bar for teammates
- Responsible for driving visibility of the work done within subdivision across other pods
- Actively participate in recruitment, branding and external events organization & driving participation for the same
- Project management and planning for central pipeline
SKILLS:
Must Have :
- Strong grasp on advanced Analytics - ML & Statistics(via. Python/R)
- Experience in Stakeholder Management
- Good at Storytelling & Visualization through PowerPoint & Tableau
- Exposure to project management tools such as JIRA/Trello/Asana etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
