Head Marketing – Job Description
Job Purpose
- Create and execute smart marketing practices, helping Minjar to acquire new customers in the competitive cloud market. Own the lead generation process through a 360 degree marketing approach.
Education qualification:
- B Tech/ BE/ BS from a top tier engineering college and MBA from a top tier B-School.
Work Experience (5+ years):
- 5+ years of experience as a digital marketing manager on online channels like Linkedin (must have), Google and Social Media.
- Knowledge on cloud services like AWS, Azure is a must.
- Technology Product marketing experience is an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
- To research analyze and evaluate the competitive market environment in Cloud and Big Data industries.
- Monitor threats and opportunities and amend actions where necessary, to ensure brand/Sales development
- To research – analyze all marketing activities of our business (sales – product mix – customer profile –demographic etc.)
- Develops, manages and implements creative, effective and successful annual marketing plans for Minjar.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns in collaboration with the sales team and top management.
- Plan budgets for online ad channels like Linkedin, Google and execute them to achieve planned targets.
- Prepare data sheets, presentations, brochures for effective marketing purposes.
- Plan and execute webinars (in collaboration with the product and technical team) and off-line events for Minjar.
- Supervises the monitoring of all advertising campaigns, news related to competitor to keep abreast of any developments to act accordingly.
- Work with partners like Amazon & Microsoft in executing joint marketing activities.
