Talent Acquisition Partner
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
2. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive candidates using multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networks).
3. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess hiring progress, effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
4. Stay informed about talent trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices to advise hiring managers and inform recruitment strategies.
5. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through all stages of the hiring process, from initial contact to offer and onboarding.
