Senior Growth Manager


Key Responsibilities:


- Growth Strategy Development: Define and implement the growth strategy for customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.

- Data-Driven Analysis: Use data and analytics to identify growth opportunities, customer behavior trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive decision-making.

- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid social, email, influencer marketing, etc.) to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance brand visibility.

- Product Growth: Collaborate with the product team to identify and prioritize product improvements and new features that will drive user growth and engagement.

- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Lead A/B testing initiatives and experiments to optimize conversion rates, user experience, and campaign performance.

- Partnerships & Collaboration: Establish strategic partnerships and collaborate with internal teams to leverage opportunities for growth.

- Budget Management: Manage the growth budget effectively, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI) for all growth initiatives.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on growth performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of growth marketers and analysts, fostering a data-driven and innovative culture.

Requirements:

- Experience: 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role in an e-commerce or tech-driven environment.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to interpret complex data and analytics.

- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in growth marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, SEMrush), A/B testing platforms, and data visualization tools.

- Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and drive innovative growth initiatives.

- Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

- Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
