Top Skincare Brand on Nykaa, Amazon, Purplle, Myntra and Other Major Ecommerce Platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- The main role of the GrowthLead is to grow Marketplaces India & international such as Amazon India, Amazon UR & Europe, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra etc.

Your Impact:

- You will be help in building a growth strategy for respective marketplace and responsible to drive this growth

- You will analyse data and find out trends, insights that can help in strategic decision. Also, use your analytical & product optimization skill to optimize different metrics such as CTR, conversion, etc

- You will build relationship with Marketplace category team and build long term growth plans with them that involves short term and long term Branding campaigns with measurable ROI & impact.

- Run & Optimize Performance Marketing Campaigns (very similar to Google Ads & Insta Ads)

Profile

Knowledge and Experience

- B.Tech/ MBA

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records

- Excellent reading, writing and verbal proficiency in English language

- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
