Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional
networks, and industry events, to attract qualified candidates
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and external partners to understand staffing needs and organizational culture.
- Utilize HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Competencies:
- Bachelor's /Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate the company's culture and values to potential candidates
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
- Effective problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges
