Key Account Manager-Modern Trade
The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
Responsibilities:
- To achieve volume and value objectives of the assigned territory within budget, time and policy parameters through efficient control of the network under charge
- To Take care of the complete Channel Distribution network for the entire zone
- Responsible for key account management (activation, POs, Supplies, & account wise target achievement)
- Provide strategic direction to the ASMs thereby driving growth for respective channels.
- Facilitate growth of individual brands and ensure deliveries of Marketing plans
- Analyse, monitor and develop strategies to enhance distribution reach through RTM
- Ensure effective new product introductions through effective RTM
- Develop specific strategies for different trade segments and ensure optimum utilization of Trade Marketing resources
Qualifications:
- PGDM from Tier 1 Institute with 2-3 years of experience working in FMCG sector
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
