We are currently in the expansion phase. We have started with Skincare and have recently launched completing an assortment of about 50+ SKUs. Focusing on being omnipresent, we are increasing our penetration and strengthening our MT & GT channels. Parallelly, we have expanded our base in SE-Asia, US, UK and GCC & other geographies.
Job Responsibility :
1. Partner with functional management teams to source, interview, and refer applicants.
2. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
3. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
4. Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
5. Identify training needs for teams and individuals
6. Increasing the quality of hire by pro-actively developing qualified and targeted talent pools with active and passive candidates for all business units, by making use of the variety of channels
7. CRM and recruitment marketing activities to nurture the talent pools established and to ensure their continuous engagement with our company
8. Handling Leadership hirings
Competencies:
1-3 years of HRBP experience
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Project management skills
Adept working experience on ATS & HRMS
