Key Responsibilities:.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the Rx channel.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the dermatology and healthcare sectors.
- Drive product penetration in clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers in Rx channels.
- Provide detailed product information, including benefits, usage, and clinical evidence, to ensure healthcare professionals are well-informed.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets.
- Provide insights to the product development and marketing teams based on feedback from healthcare professionals.
- Work closely with the regional sales team to align on goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science Preferred.
- Minimum 5+ Years of experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the Rx channel.
- Experience in working with dermatologists and healthcare professionals is highly preferre.
- Strong understanding of the Rx and dermatology markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyse market data and develop actionable sales strategies
