Job Description:
- As an Account Director at Minfy, you will be responsible for managing our key client relationships from a technical and strategic standpoint.
- You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and our technical teams, ensuring the successful implementation, integration, and ongoing support of our products or services.
- This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand both client needs and technical requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their technical needs and business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical teams (such as product development, engineering, and support) to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Lead technical account planning and strategy sessions, providing insights and recommendations to enhance client success and satisfaction.
- Manage the implementation and integration of our products or services within client environments, ensuring seamless deployment and ongoing technical support.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs related to technical implementations, providing regular updates and reports to clients on progress and outcomes.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services based on client needs and usage patterns.
- Mentor and guide technical account managers and support teams, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- A Master's degree is a plus.
- 12+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or a related role within the technology industry.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of software development lifecycle, APIs, cloud services, and enterprise software solutions.
- Proven experience managing complex technical projects and delivering solutions to enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team of technical professionals.
